How does pickup and delivery work?

Schedule your service and place your securely bagged laundry at your chosen location (porch, garage, or designated spot) before your appointment time. We handle the rest. You do not need to be home for pick up or delivery.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Simply add your desired services and add-ons services to your cart. During checkout, you will be prompted to select the specific date and time slot for your schedule.

Can I place an order by phone?

Absolutely. If you prefer a personal touch, you can call us directly to schedule your service. Our team will draft your order for you and send a secure payment link to your email or phone to finalize the booking. Please note that payment must be completed over the phone or via the secure link before your scheduled pick-up.

Do I need to separate my colors and whites?

No sorting is necessary on your part. Color separation is handled for you.

Each order is processed separately, regardless of size. Smaller loads are washed using appropriate settings to ensure proper care.

What kind of bags should I use?

Bag Guidelines

Standard Capacity: Please use a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag per unit ordered.

Use a standard 13-gallon bag. Bags must be able to tie closed securely without being overfilled or stretched.

Overfilled, stretched, or torn bags will be processed as an additional bag.

This allows us to maintain flat-rate pricing while ensuring your items are properly cleaned and handled during transit.

What if my laundry isn’t ready at pick up?

To keep our logistics on track, we ask that items be ready by your scheduled time. If your items are not ready when we arrive, please notify us immediately to reschedule for the next available time slot.

How is my laundry washed?

By default, your laundry is washed in cold water using fragrance-free, hypoallergenic detergent.

Optional enhancements such as scent beads, odor rescue, or sanitizing heat can be added at checkout to tailor your service.

What is the turnaround time?

Our standard professional turnaround is 48 hours. If you need your items back sooner, we offer expedited windows to fit your needs.

Do you offer same-day or express services?

Yes. In addition to our 48-hour standard, we offer Express 24-hour and Same-Day 8-hour services for an additional fee. Availability is based on current capacity to ensure our premium quality standards are met.
